  • 900 g apples, peeled and sliced
  • 150 g sugar
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 20 g butter
  • 1 beaten egg
