  • amchur or 15 ml yogurt

Step 1

Rinse and soak ker and sangri in warm water several hours, then boil until just tender and drain.

Heat oil and add cumin. Add the soaked ker-sangri and the powdered spices with salt.

Saute on medium heat 6-8 minutes until well coated and slightly dry.
